Which strap size should I choose? 

All belt straps are made to be adjustable and can be sized to fit. Belt Strap No. 1 measures 44" long which typically spans women's sizes Small to Large. Belt Strap No. 2 measures 51" long and spans sizes Large to Extra-Large.

If you’re not sure of your waist size you can measure using a cloth measuring tape and measure around your navel for your waist size. On top of your waist size, allow a couple of inches extra on each side to attach the buckle.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our belts are made in small batches in the USA. 

What are the belt straps made of?  

Our belt straps are made of 100% recycled Italian leather.

What are the buckles made of?

Buckles are hand crafted of lead-free, non-allergenic pewter dipped in luxurious 18K gold.

Will all belt straps work with all buckles?

Yes, our collection is made to mix and match. You can pair any buckle with any strap. 

Orders/Shipping

Upon receipt, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We carefully prepare and package each order and ship between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays will be processed the following business day.

As soon as your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent including tracking information. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping method, the delivery location or the date. 

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of shipment please let us know and we'll do what we can to help.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once you place an order you will receive an email with confirmation and shipping/tracking information. You will be able to track the progress of your order online via the Shop app. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact us.  Make sure you first track the packaging using the tracking information provided in your order confirmation. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What if my package was damaged or lost?

We carefully prepare every package that leaves our studio. If you receive your package and it was damaged please take photos of as many angles as possible and contact us. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.

What if I want to return my item?

Returns - we accept returns and exchanges on orders within 14 days of original purchase. If you would like to return your unworn item please email us with your order number and we will send you a free return shipping label.
