Shipping & Returns

Orders/Shipping

Upon receipt, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.  We carefully prepare and package each order and ship between Monday and Friday.  All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays will be processed the following business day.

As soon as your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent including tracking information.  Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping method, the delivery location or the date. 

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of shipment please let us know and we'll do what we can to help.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once you place an order you will receive an email with confirmation and shipping/tracking information. You will be able to track the progress of your order online via Shop. If you have any questions, please email orders@shophymnstudio.com.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact orders@shophymnstudio.com. Make sure you first track the packaging using the tracking information provided in your order confirmation. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What if my package was damaged or lost?

We carefully prepare every package that leaves our studio.  If you receive your package and it was damaged please take photos of as many angles as possible and send to orders@shophymnstudio.com. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. 

What if I want to return my item?

Returns - we accept returns and exchanges on orders within 14 days of original purchase.  If you would like to return your unworn item please email orders@shophymnstudio.com with your order number and we will send you a free return shipping label.
